So, by the way, what do people think of Belykh’s decision to give up his governor’s salary and donate it to the construction of wheelchair ramps for people with disabilities? Today I wanted to post something funny about it, along the lines of: "after the governor’s decision, all members of the Kirov Region government and the Presidium of the regional branch of United Russia followed his example. with the money raised, Kirov will build the largest wheelchair ramp in the world". That would really have gotten people worked up. But Belykh didn’t appreciate the idea. He said people in Kirov don’t get my jokes. And local United Russia deputies had already been complaining that Navalny, in his LiveJournal, was slandering Vyatka reality (i.e., life in the Vyatka/Kirov region).
