and her husband—the former finance minister of the Moscow Region—is well known. The couple siphoned nearly a billion dollars out of the budget and are now sunning themselves in France. And, by the way, not just sunning themselves, but also skiing in the company of General of the Army Murov, head of Russia’s Federal Protective Service (FSO).
