Dmitry Gudkov dgudkov went to Novosibirsk and brought back an interesting video about the work of one of my "wards"—the company Transneft. For enormous, unimaginable sums of money, they build ultra-reliable pipelines that never have accidents. And if accidents do happen, they are dealt with promptly.

While watching the video, I recommend pausing from time to time and rereading the letter from Transneft chief Tokarev, in which he clearly explains that all of this is just "information warfare," "biased environmentalists," and "grant recipients."
The letter was written about a different accident, but that changes nothing. Obviously, the suspicious residents of the village of Moshkovo in Novosibirsk Region are just the latest soloists in the "anti-Russian chorus of enablers."
