A money-related question for the experts of the World Wide Web.
Suppose I want to raise money for a socially useful project. Not a charity project. The idea is to collect money and pay for, say, an expert’s work. Let’s say 30,000 rubles (about 30 thousand RUB). To encourage everyone else, I’m putting in 10,000 myself and asking people to contribute whatever they want. What system would be best suited for making it as easy as possible for everyone to transfer money, while meeting the following conditions: - everyone (or, say, independent incorruptible blogger-auditors) can see how much money has come in; - everyone (or those same hypothetical independent incorruptible blogger-auditors) can verify that the money went to the intended recipient; - without opening bank accounts in my name or anything else that would immediately get the tax authorities on my back, etc.; - as far as possible outside the reach of our somewhat crooked government agencies, which would really dislike this project; In other words, I need a way to gather the money together as simply and quickly as possible, and then pass it on to a specific person. So that the donors, the recipient, and the organizers don’t end up with any problems. Thank you.
