Some thugs straight out of the "cursed '90s" accompanied a car with a flashing beacon and smashed a guy's window and side mirror because he didn't give way. It is believed that the car with the flashing light belonged to Telman Ismailov (the one associated with "Cherkizon," the Cherkizovsky Market in Moscow).
One assumes he was on some matter of great state importance. The beginning of this story is here. The continuation is here. I see in my feed that people are mocking the victim over his comments about a "Vertu phone that costs a lot" and "glasses worth 100,000 rubles" (about 1,000 USD; second link). That is beside the point, my friends. The guy in his Lexus with his Vertu phone may be as ridiculous as you like, but he didn't smash anyone's windows or drive around Moscow with a flashing beacon. So "businessman Alexei Smirnov" is still dearer to us than Telman Mardanovich Ismailov, no matter what.
