Dear Prosecutor General Chaika! My precious one!

I fully understand, of course, that your personal cowardice and your desire to please the crooks and thieves temporarily in power led you to order the Prosecutor General’s Office online reception portal to be “shut down” immediately after my post about Transneft, so that people would be unable to send complaints to your agency. Your experience working in the Irkutsk regional committee of the CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) is showing. We recognize those flexible spinal movements without fail. And yet I posted that 10 days ago, and the Prosecutor General’s online reception portal still displays the following every time someone tries to submit a complaint: ***The throughput capacity of the online reception portal on the official website of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation is limited for technical reasons. Your appeal may not be delivered. ***There is no doubt that thousands of people wrote complaints regarding the “Transneft case,” which created a certain load on the online reception portal. Nevertheless, these were real complaints from real people, not a hacker attack. Any attempt to convince us that these appeals could have crippled the Prosecutor General’s server/site for such a long period can only convince us that you and your staff stole the money allocated for properly setting up that server/site. I am fully aware that you will do everything possible to bury the Transneft case, but the shutdown of the online reception portal as a whole creates serious difficulties for people turning to your agency on matters that you and your subordinates can resolve without bribes and phone calls (a rarity for the prosecutor’s office, but it does happen). Summon at least a little courage and give the order to turn the online reception portal back on. Thank you.
