Today, December 20, 2010, marks the 60th birthday of Nikolai Petrovich Tokarev, President and Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC AK Transneft. As is well known, reaching retirement age is not grounds for exemption from criminal liability. And on this memorable day, I would like to wish Nikolai Petrovich good health and many long years of life. You and I still have much work ahead of us, Nikolai Petrovich!
