Some brilliant official unknown to us managed to describe with astonishing precision not only the situation with the website contract, but the entire system of public administration as well: "does not provide a clear understanding of the nature of the services being rendered"
So there won't be any talk of "because of you, the Bolshoi was left without a website," let me add a few words of my own about the situation:
I have no doubt that the Bolshoi's website should be beautiful and magnificent. It should be a very expensive and powerful website. Maybe 5.4 million rubles, maybe even more.
It should have photos and videos of Volochkova ballerinas, male ballet dancers, little ballet students; prima donnas and handsome tenors; virtual tours and fountains; conductors and horses on the roof.
Everything should be there.
Let's just allocate more money and hold a demonstrably honest tender.
At the same time, we'll boost the site's traffic and promote the Bolshoi Theatre among internet users.
