*Russia's Forbes magazine (http://www.forbes.ru) published today its ranking of the richest businessmen in Russia for 2011. The number of the country's billionaires grew by one and a half times over the year—from 62 to 101, whereas in 2009 there were only 32.
The magazine estimated the combined wealth of the top 100 at $432 billion, which is $135 billion more than in 2010, and $290 billion more than in 2009 ($142 billion), meaning it tripled over two years. *
