Here are the rules and the expert panel. There should be one of these in every city, but it shouldn’t stop at merely describing and photographing absurdities—it should also find out how much public money was spent on them. In that sense, among the current nominees, I especially like this one—probably the most expensive Glass Bolt in the world.
