Police officers from Kabardino-Balkaria and their fellow countrymen, cadets at the Stavropol branch of Krasnodar University of the Russian Interior Ministry, held a... uhhh... party in the city of Stavropol. They hung a sign on the door reading, "No entry for Russians or unattractive girls".
