The very same Finance Department that knows better than anyone that the Chechen Republic lives at the expense of the rest of the country. And that the rest of the country lives much more poorly (see slide two) than the Chechen Republic that it is supporting. And yet these brazen people still have the nerve to write that their “state needs” include a BMW 750Li xDrive Sedan SKD with (quoting from the technical specifications) door trim with BMW Individual branding; BMW Individual composition; BMW Individual Alcantara headliner; BMW interior trim in fine wood, black piano lacquer with inlay; BMW Individual wooden insert for the leather steering wheel. Who is to blame for this? Obviously, the system of government, the hypocritical authorities, and so on. But there is one more guilty party. If you still have not voted for the RosPil bill, then go to the mirror and look at the one responsible. Thanks to you as well, all of us will be buying a car for 4 million rubles (about 40,000 euros / 43,000 US dollars at a rough contemporary equivalent) with an “Alcantara headliner” for some lout from the Chechen Finance Ministry.
