I watched the film "Heat." I’m not even going to bother trashing this disgrace, which stars Bondarchuk’s nephew, Bondarchuk’s mother, Bondarchuk’s wife, Bondarchuk’s little dog, the woman who walks Bondarchuk’s little dog, all of Bondarchuk’s friends, the girls Bondarchuk’s friends sleep with, and Bondarchuk himself. I’ll say just one thing: at the police station, there was a cop, the boss. According to the script, he’s the father of the girl with the camera. So here’s the thing: everyone calls him "Comrade Colonel." But his shoulder boards are, for fuck’s sake, those of a senior lieutenant!! I don’t say this often, but that Gamardzhobashvili guy (or whatever the director’s name is), together with Bondarchuk, really ought to be sent into the army. Or the navy.
