1/12 Как думаете, кто на этой фотографии? На ней истцы. Семья Навальных в полном составе, включая моих родителей, Юлю, Дашу и Захара, подали сегодня в суд коллективный иск и решительно намереваются дойти до Конституционного суда.

2/12 Я осужденный. И мне не перестают напоминать, что я «такой, как все». Но за последний год у меня было 0 (ноль) свиданий. 0 (ноль) длительных свиданий, 0 (ноль) краткосрочных свиданий и 2 (два) телефонных звонка 11 месяцев назад.

3/12 Я сижу в колонии строгого режима, и по общему правилу мне положено 3 длительных (трехдневных) и 3 краткосрочных (4 часа через стекло) свиданий в год. И минимум 6 телефонных звонков.

4/12 Возьмем для примера маньяка. Серийного убийцу. Он попадает в колонию особого режима для отбывающих пожизненное наказание. Первые 10 лет — «строгие условия». Но и там у маньяка будет одно длительное свидание и два краткосрочных свиданий в год. А у меня 0 (ноль).

5/12 Мало того, есть железное правило: приехал в колонию после приговора — получаешь свидание. Но и железное правило меня обошло.

6/12 С помощью всяких трюков, крючкотворства и «дисциплинарных взысканий» чиновники тюремной системы изобрели для меня специальный режим, в котором просто запрещено все.

7/12 Однако дело не только во мне. Конституция гарантирует права моим детям — они имеют право видеться со мной, а я обязан участвовать в их воспитании.

8/12 Конституция гарантирует права моим пожилым родителям, я обязан, уж как могу, заботиться о них. Значит, и общаться с ними. А их не пустили в зал даже в первый «открытый» день суда надо мной.

9/12 При этом лицемерная система провозглашает, что общение с родственниками и поддержка социальных связей — один из признаков исправления. В теории это должно всячески поощряться.

10/12 На практике это, по общему правилу, один из основных механизмов тюремной коррупции: плати — получишь звонок. Больше плати — получишь свидание. Ну или, как в моем случае, просто механизм эдакого глумления. Почему не даем свидания? Да потому что можем, ха-ха.

11/12 Так что семья Навальных стала коллективным истцом. Про судебную систему нашу я все знаю, и иллюзий нет. Это вопрос принципа: у меня есть право видеть родных хотя бы пару раз в год.

12/12 И вопрос будущего: когда-нибудь, хоть спустя годы, эти дела пересмотрит честный суд. Пусть все материалы лежат наготове.

2/12 I am a convict, and they keep reminding me that I am "just like everyone else." And yet, I have had 0 (zero) visits over the past year. 0 (zero) long visits, 0 (zero) short visits, and 2 (two) phone calls 11 months ago.

3/12 I serve time in a maximum security penal colony, and the general rule here is that I am entitled to 3 long visits (three days) and 3 short visits (4 hours through the glass) per year, as well as a minimum of 6 phone calls.

4/12 Let's take a maniac as an example. A serial killer. He ends up in a maximum-security colony for those serving a life sentence. He will spend the first 10 years there under "strict conditions". But even there this maniac will get one long visit and two short visits a year.…

5/12 Besides, there is an iron law: those arriving at the colony after receiving their sentence are always allowed one visit. However, I was exempt even from this iron law.

6/12 With the help of all kinds of tricks, pettifoggery and "disciplinary penalties" the prison officials invented a special regime for me, which simply prohibits everything.

7/12 However, it's not just about me. The Constitution guarantees the rights of my children - they have the right to see me, and I am obliged to participate in their upbringing.

8/12 The Constitution also guarantees the rights of my elderly parents - I have an obligation to take care of them as best I can, which implies that I have a right to communicate with them. And yet, they were not even allowed into the courtroom on the first "open" day of my…

9/12 Meanwhile, this hypocritical system proclaims that communicating with relatives and maintaining social ties is one of the signs of a convict's correction. In theory, this should be encouraged in every way possible.

10/12 In practice, however, it acts as one of the basic mechanisms of prison corruption: if you pay, you get a phone call. If you pay more, you get a visit. In my case, though, it's more of a mockery mechanism. Why don't we allow you any visits? Because we can, ha ha.

11/12 So the Navalny family has become a class action plaintiff. I know all about our judicial system, so I have no illusions about this. It's a matter of principle: I have the right to see my relatives at least a couple of times a year.

12/12 It's also a matter of the future: someday, even if it's years from now, these cases will be reviewed by a fair court. So I would like that future fair court to have all the necessary files at hand.
