1/9 Давайте расскажу, как реализовал свою идею фикс. Благодаря суду. Заодно отвечу на часто задаваемый вопрос: «Что там у вас в суде?»

2/9 В фильме «Железный человек» есть известный классический эпизод, когда Железный человек устраивает прямо на вечеринке драку со своим корешем.

3/9 А перед этим такой: диджей, дай мне жирный бит, под который я буду бить лучшего друга. Эпизод мне очень нравится, а фразу эту хотелось куда-то вставить. Но где в моей скучной жизни место, чтобы просить жирный бит?

4/9 А потом мне принесли копии с доказательствами, по которым меня и моего подельника Холодного посадят как экстремистов на много-много лет. Я открыл одну из папок, увидел это ключевое доказательство и понял, где я произнесу эту фразу.

5/9 В первый день судебных заседаний, сказав об отношении к предъявленному обвинению, — первая формальная речь подсудимых.

6/9 Я встал и говорю: для того, чтобы вы понимали, как я отношусь к вашему липовому обвинению, я просто зачитаю одну строку документа о моей экстремистской деятельности. Том 44-й, лист дела 220. На листе три печати и подписи следователя по особо важным делам.

7/9 Потом повернулся к Даниэлю: Холодный, дай мне жирный бит, под которой буду читать материалы дела, включая «эй, гррра». Ну а что, вполне веское доказательство, что я, как говорит обвинение, планировал свержение Владимира Путина насильственным путем.

8/9 Наградой мне было выражение лица судьи в первую секунду чтения. Первой, поняв, что это, начала смеяться секретарь, потом и приставы. Когда подошли к «Навальный Леха, эй» — уже и судья.

9/9 Вот так вот, с шутками и смехом, процесс и идёт. Посмеемся над всякой чушью, которую следователи в тома напихали, выпишем мне лет 15-20 и разойдёмся.

3/9 I really like this scene, and I wanted to use that phrase somewhere. But where in my boring life could there be a good time to ask for a fat beat?

4/9 But then they brought me copies of the evidence that would put me and my partner in crime Daniel Kholodny in jail for many, many years for extremism. I opened one of the folders, saw this key piece of evidence, and realized where I would utter this phrase.

5/9 On the first day of the trial, speaking about my attitude toward the indictment - during the first formal speech of the defendants.

6/9 I stood up and said: "In order for you to understand how I feel about your bogus charges, I'll just read one line from the document about my extremist activities. Volume 44, sheet 220. The sheet has three stamps and signatures of the investigator of special cases."

7/9 Then I turned to Daniel and said: "Yo, Kholodny. Give me a phat beat to read the case files to, and please include"Hey, grrrra!" I mean, that's a pretty solid evidence that I, as the prosecution says, planned to overthrow Vladimir Putin by violent means.

8/9 My reward was the look on the judge's face the second I started reading it. The first to realize what this was and laugh was the secretary, then the bailiffs followed her. When we got to the "Alex Navalny, hey" part, so did the judge.

9/9 So, that's how my trial is going, with jokes and laughter. We'll laugh at all the nonsense that the investigators stuffed into the case files, they'll give me 15-20 years, and then we'll go our separate ways.
