At Zenit Arena, which cost a staggering 48 billion rubles, the roof is leaking again.

And what’s interesting is that somewhere in that stadium sits Vice Governor Albin-Slyunyaev, who oversaw the stadium’s construction and wrote the legendary post "A Gem from the Lying Author Kirov-Lyokha" in response to our video about the stadium’s insane price tag and the terrible quality of the work.

So, Igor-yunya, isn’t it about time you picked up a shovel yourself and climbed onto the roof to fix the leaks, patching them up with your honorary certificates?

Or does it not leak in the VIP box? Nice and dry in there, I suppose, and they keep the cognac flowing. Let me remind you that the same post said this about the roof problems—which also cost an absurd amount of money:

A factory defect in the membrane. It will be reinstalled. A Western boa constrictor. Sure, got it.

And what is it now? Western engineers again? A cosmic CIA sabotage operation?

Or were we right after all: you damned crooks stole everything you could, and whatever you didn’t steal, you still couldn’t manage to build properly with your own little hands?

I’d like to get some kind of response from Vice Governor Albin—as well as from the governor, the prosecutor’s office, and the FSB (Russia’s Federal Security Service). Maybe we’ll get another great Facebook post out of it.
