Well, I had a laugh. It really is funny.
But this one actually made my jaw drop.

Literally four hours later, janitors from Zhilishchnik (a Moscow municipal housing and maintenance service) showed up and started scraping the ice off the inscription.
State absurdity in the service of the people.
Wow.
