The funny joke about the anti-gay leaflet could have been stretched out a bit longer, but I’m already worried that outraged representatives of the gay community might ambush Karnaukhov and something irreparable might happen—well, or they might stage a firm protest. Dear friends, why do you believe every bit of nonsense? :) You really shouldn’t be so serious. Here’s the story. Once, Karnaukhov played a prank on me. He went into my office while I was away and left this leaflet on my desk. Then he chuckled quite happily while I fumed about how all sorts of weirdos were apparently roaming freely around the administration building, scattering leaflets. As it turned out later, some Protestants who had come in for an appointment had given it to him. So I promised him I’d get him back. Officially: Sergei Karnaukhov did not initiate any anti-gay campaign. He’s actually quite tolerant. MUAHAHAHA Hi, Seryoga. P.S. Though after this, it’s actually worth thinking about. Maybe we really should put out leaflets like that? A legendary man has given his support.
