I’m very pleased to announce that the Anti-Corruption Foundation has opened a branch in St. Petersburg. Our St. Petersburg partner is the project "Municipal Saw," which has now become part of the Foundation. The branch will be headed by Dmitry Sukharev, the founder and leader of "Municipal Saw."

In other words, we didn’t just open an office and think, “So what should we look into here in St. Petersburg?” Instead, we chose to partner with a regional leader—an equivalent of RosPil. So that’s the good news (bad news for St. Petersburg officials).
