Moscow’s “Voters’ Strike” protest took place on Tverskaya Street on January 28, 2018. Alexei Navalny managed to come out and greet the participants, but he was detained on the way to Pushkin Square; later, from the police station, he wrote to supporters that they were not coming out for him, but for
